Composite Hardwood Pallets

Stonic Composite Hardwood Pallets Boards are made of high quality densified hardwood fibers impregnated with BWP Grade Synthetic Waterproof resin. All layers, in crossed directions, are treated with waterproof resin and pressed under extreme high pressure and superheated steam. All corners are saw cut & all edges chamfered to avoid damages to the machine. All saw cut sides are covered with enamel based coating. Top and bottom surfaces of the pallet are made from multiple layers of Resin Coated Abrasion Resistant Synthetic Films for protection against corrosiveness of concrete.

  • Withstands temperatures from - 10-C up to 120-C.

  • Deflection = 3 mm max. with a weight of 500kg over 1m² area at suggested thickness.

  • Manufactured by 3,800 Tonne hydraulic press.

  • Enhanced load bearing capacity.

  • High resistance to Moisture absorption.

  • Transmission of vibration ensures high & homogeneous compactness of concrete.

  • Flat & Joint less surface.

  • Steel mesh reinforcements in top and bottom surfaces for vibration homogeneity.
